There was a sea of green at St Finlough’s School as pupils and staff came together to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in true Irish style!
The school was alive with music, dancing and laughter as children proudly dressed in green for our 'Green Day', wearing shamrocks, leprechaun hats, and creative handmade accessories.
Throughout the day, pupils took part in a variety of fun activities. They learned about the history and traditions of St. Patrick’s Day, explored Irish legends, and discovered the story of how Saint Patrick brought Christianity to Ireland. Our classes also learned how to dance the Waves of Tory!
Well done to all the pupils and staff for making the day so memorable. It was truly a fantastic celebration of St. Patrick’s Day at St Finlough’s School!
