What a brilliant night.
As part of our health, fitness and well-being promotion month, James from the Drummond hotel led a very creative and tasty cookery demonstration for all the family.
The set up was really professional- making everything really easy to see and enjoy.
James shared lot's of brilliant ideas of how to get fruit and vegetables into our diet- in such a way making it appealing to all...especially the little ones!
Thank you to all those who came out to support this event. I certainly have been inspired to try something new.
